If at any time you are unhappy with your purchase from Digital Banking Report (DBR Media, LLC), we will refund the purchase price according to the following timeline:

Single Reports:

  • 100% refund within 30 days of purchase (purchase date = date payment received)
  • 50% refund within 31 and 60 days
  • 0% after 60 days

Subscriptions:

  • 100% refund within 60 days of subscribing (subscription date = date payment received)
  • 75% refund within 61 to 120 days
  • 50% refund within 121 to 180 days
  • 25% refund within 181 to 270 days
  • 0% after 270 days

All printed material must be destroyed or returned to DBR Media LLC, and all files must be deleted from all storage media. We may require you to sign an affadivit to attest that all copies have been destroyed before issuing the refund.
