If at any time you are unhappy with your purchase from Financial Innovations, Inc. we will refund the purchase price according to the following timeline:

Single Reports:

• 100% refund within 30 days of purchase (purchase date = date payment received)
• 50% refund within 31 and 60 days
• 0% after 60 days

Subscriptions:

• 100% refund within 60 days of subscribing (subscription date = date payment received)
• 75% refund within 61 to 120 days
• 50% refund within 121 to 180 days
• 25% refund within 181 to 270 days
• 0% after 270 days

All material must be returned to Financial Innovations and all files must be deleted from all storage mediums.
